The story of Campfire Vans
Campfire Vans was born from a shared dream: the feeling of freedom, warmth and adventure you get sitting outside by a campfire. That's what we want to give everyone who steps into one of our vans. What started with fixing up an old Sprinter grew into a mission.
Every van that leaves our garage is built by hand. From the electrical system to the wooden finish, we do everything ourselves. Thanks to their compact size, you can take them anywhere and they drive just like a regular car.
The true campfire feeling of deep relaxation, safety and warmth — that's what our vans provide. Whether you're parked on the French coast or somewhere in the Norwegian mountains, in a Campfire Van you're home.
Robin
Co-founder
Robin is the entrepreneur of the two. He keeps the planning running, handles contact with renters and makes sure every adventure runs smoothly from booking to return.
Koen
Co-founder
Koen is the technical force behind the vans. From electrics to plumbing, from interior finishing to solar panels. He builds every van by hand and makes sure everything works perfectly.
